that is very sad! i dont even know how im active for more then 280 days how can’t u be motivated if u hear of all the benefits of excerising. i find it amazing how the body can adapt to stress and excerises and able to take it to the next level. no one takes advantange of it. good thing i want to be a personal trainer. they need people like me .
