Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be like a superhero? Are you a parent wishing there were brain foods you could feed your child to make them the hero of the class? Maybe you are a student looking to ace your next final exam. Or maybe you are like me and have always wanted to know what foods can actually make you grow smarter like in the movies!
It is well known that eating certain foods can affect our brain, good or bad. I am no doctor or nutritionist, but after searching through some of the top medical studies on the Internet, I have compiled a list of foods readily available at your local grocery or market that will boost your IQ as high as the sky. So here we go! Up, up and away!
1. Flip-flop Flip-flop!
Fish are known to be high in Omega-3s, Protein, and B vitamins. All of these are going to help you feel happy and energized! So drop by your local market and catch yourself some fresh salmon, or if you live in a centralized area, opt for tuna or salmon salad sandwich. Yum yum!

Nuts to treat depression? Certain nuts like walnuts and hazelnuts actually have serotonin in them, which is a chemical that controls our moods; so ditch the Prozac and go “nutural” with a handful of these bite sized snacks.

Berries are super foods for your memory. They have antioxidants that will help you ace that exam or learn a new language! So stock up on those blueberries, strawberries, or whatever grows locally in your area and eat daily servings now to ward off any signs of Alzheimer’s or other brain diseases later. And you can ditch those glasses Clark Kent; blueberries also have been known to improve eyesight!
4. Holy Whole Grains Batman!
Wholegrain foods have tons of folic acid and fiber which are both used to increase blood flow to the brain. This is super important to maintain normal brain and nerve function in order to be the super hero you are! They are also packed with B vitamins, so moms: no more PB&J on white with the crust cut off please! It shouldn’t be hard to find in the grocery; the wheat bread is usually right next to the white stuff!
5. “Eggzeptionally” Delicious and Nutritious!
Eggs are protein-packed little ovals that also contain selenium, which can make even your rainy days seem a little bit brighter. You’ll notice a better mood and an overall improved cognitive function when you eat these guys as part of your daily diet.
After adding these top 5 super smart food choices to your daily routine, you will be literally growing smarter, showing all the signs of a super hero, but don’t be upset if the x-ray vision doesn’t fully develop! Good luck hero!

As with anything, you will have to mentally "work out" too, so you probably can't literally plant yourself in front of the blabber box, eating fish like a famished bear, and expect to ace tomorrow's algebra exam…
well i think these are good, if you use them to your advantage by keep doing them for a long time you'll definatly be able to ace anything!
