In transitioning to eating a strictly raw diet, I have found that my taste has been changing. The more time passes and the more raw vegetables I eat, the more I start to crave them. Giving kids their vegetables on a regular basis will help to change their taste buds for sure. 

Parents can try making smoothies with a mix of fruits and vegetables (for a sweeter taste) or adding fruits to salads to make them more attractive. Presentation is key and studies have shown that we enjoy foods with attractive presentations more than the same foods without those presentations. Kids can participate in making those presentations with the added bonus of having fun preparing healthy food they will later eat!
