		<description>A good breakfast should be balanced. For instance if you have the time, you can combine protein, complex carbs, fat. A balanced diet do help to control our blood sugar thus  allowing us to be happy at all times. I have just discovered this two minutes breakfast to save me time. Two handful of blue berries, small slices of banana, nuts and yogurt. It&#039;s low in sugar and it&#039;s delicious.</description>
