		<description>Actually Cy, a glass of milk (preferably non-fat) would be good with a pb&amp;j sandwich on whole wheat bread or wheat pancakes you&#039;ve prepared the night before. Or you can try the banana wraps they mentioned. It&#039;s all about adding protein (peanut butter) to the complex carbs you eat to get in a power breakfast on the run.</description>
