Setting and printing out our goals has been a huge success, and I highly recommend it for anyone trying to accomplish anything.
Having that daily reminder and motivation has really picked up the pace on our progress.
We also went almost completely vegetarian this week, and even vegan on several meals, as we transition into it more and more.

I can't believe I lost another full 2 pounds for the second week in a row. It's amazing that I'm eating a lot of incredible food, not starving myself, and still watching the pounds and inches melt away!

I thought going almost completely vegetarian and vegan would have made me drop more weight than I wanted to, so I was excited to see I dropped less than a pound this week, while losing a third of an inch in my waist, getting it to the lowest it's been since I can remember.
Now, the goal is to add muscle, while maintaining low body fat.
