The holidays didn't let up and neither did all the food and desserts that come with them!
We overindulged on more than one occasion, but somehow managed to keep the damage minimal.

As you can see, I was barely awake when I took these pictures! I ate a lot this week, but I also discovered and tried some great new healthy recipes too.
I still haven't done an official workout in the new year, but I have been getting plenty of "cardio" which appears to be helping offset some of the bad eating ;)
Now, it's back on track time, because I only have 3 weeks until our Las Vegas trip, and my goal is to be 135 pounds by then, which would be the lowest I've been in several months.

I'm glad to have the holiday feasts behind us. Yes, my goal is to gain a little more weight, but I prefer lean mass over body fat.
Like Alley, I'm surprised I didn't gain even more than I did, because I've been pigging out on several holiday goodies, but I guess the extra "cardio" helped me too!
I had a big breakfast this morning, and now I'm doing my first Eat Stop Eat fast in a few months, so I won't eat again until tomorrow morning. Even though it's mostly mental, it will feel good to "clean out" the holiday damage and let my system settle for a little bit, before getting back on track with healthier eating and full workouts.
