It was a busy holiday time this week, and while both Alley and I indulged in a lot of different dinners, desserts, and Christmas goodies, we didn't overindulge on anything.
It's amazing what simply cutting back on overall calories can do, even if what you're eating isn't necessarily "healthy" by any means. Of course, we'll both be glad to get back to more natural and nutritious foods, but the results this week were great, considering.

I added a new pose to my repertoire to track my progress from a different and more exciting angle ;)
I was a little surprised to see my measurements go down, since we've been eating a lot of different things over the holiday and not working out as much, but I'm not complaining!

Sorry fellas, but Alley convinced me to go with the censored photos as well to better track the progress of thighs, etc. And no, I'm not delusional in the side shot, but I had to extend the censor bar, because the shadow on the wall revealed a little too much…
