Weekly Recap (February 1-8, 2009)
After successfully fasting one of the most tempting days of the year, SuperBowl Sunday, I more than made up for it this week!
Just as I was getting rid of much of the New Year's Binge carnage, I managed to go on yet another Sumo-worthy feasting mission.
I went out of town on an impromptu trip and found myself surrounded by free buffets, full course meals, and snacks.
One thing led to another… yada, yada, yada… BAM! I'm almost 10 pounds heavier!
Sure, about half of that is probably just the actual food still grinding its way through my system, but now I've got to start all over… again.
So, here we go, my quest for sub-teen body fat resumes, and I've finally ordered calipers, which should be here this week.
We'll see if they are any more accurate than my crazy digital scale, but at least it will give me another incentive to try out the new tool and track DECREASES rather than increases!
