Weekly Recap (January 18-25, 2009)
Somehow, I slipped back into wanting to bulk up again! It happens every time I start leaning out and dropping a few pounds.
Being a former (some might still say current) beanpole, I dread going all the way back down to the mid-100's.
My primary goal at the moment is single-digit body fat, with a mini-goal of sub-teen body fat — I'll take 12.9%!
I know to get there, I'm probably going to have to drop to about 180ish. I have to remember that if I get too low, now I've thankfully got the knowledge to bulk right back up, so I've got to stick with it, no matter how much my former Skeletorian physique objects.
Fortunately, I usually continue bulking up for a while, but I've already snapped out of it in a few days, so it's right back to ~2,500 calories per day.
Actually, it may have been fortunate timing that I increased calories last week, since I completed a full speed camp session AND a 90-minute Bikram yoga class for the ultimate 2-a-day!
Who knows how many calories I burned and sweat off yesterday…
My body does always feel great after Bikram though, even after two hardcore workouts yesterday, I'm hardly sore at all.
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at Geek2Freak.com.
