Weekly Recap (March 15-22, 2009)
My compliance is on a roll, and I easily cruised past 90% to 95% or more, since my only indulgence was a few extra servings of fruit and almonds last Sunday.
I was 100% clean all week after that!
My body fat dipped a full percentage point, even though I only lost about 1 pound, which is awesome, because it means I'm at least retaining muscle while shedding the fat.
I'm getting closer and closer to my goal of single-digit body fat, and at this pace, I should be there in only a few more weeks.
Once I do hit 9.9% or below, then I'll ramp up the workouts and calories just a bit to start increasing lean muscle mass again.
I'm really excited to be getting such great results lately, and the momentum makes compliance almost effortless, because once you get going, you don't want to stop.
That's why I can't recommend enough that if you have a weight-loss goal in mind, or any goal for that matter, just get started RIGHT NOW!
Set a small, achievable goal at first, then once you hit it, set another one, just a little bit higher. Keep going, and before you know it, you'll be beyond where you ever imagined in the first place.
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at Geek2Freak.com.
