So what's the latest "esoteric" mumbo-jumbo doing the rounds?

December 21, 2012. The day when the world is going to end, right? Really now?

OMG, the number of conspiracy theories that are revealing themselves, thanks to the internet, are just appalling.

Bible verses fall from the skies, and doomsayers (who are presumably half-scientists & half-fiction writers) are letting it all hang out. Solar flares, the reversal of the Earth's poles and God knows what not. This is boom time for the rumor mills, if you will!

Who knew John Cusack's movie would make such an impact on the world, and the date when the Mayan and the Jewish Calendar seemingly run out of numbers.

Astrology & the Age of Aquarius…

We live in times that are illogical. Emotion has more sway over the logic, it seems. But all that seems to be changing as we, according to popular astrologers, are moving into the Age of Aquarius from the Age of Pisces.

There's a lot of speculation about the connection between Christianity and this earlier age – with the symbol of fish coming up over and over again, if you study the Bible closely.

Carl Jung was the one who made these connections, strangely enough…

Now, as of November 11, 2011, we ushered in a new era. One that most experts consider to be an "intellectual" era where human beings are spiritual and not religious. Where we connect with the higher vibrations in us… and the world begins to appreciate all things Aquarius!

But for those who have no clue what astrology is about, the journey to understanding this collective consciousness that has made its way into our lives begins with understanding the basics – the astrological sign and mood.

Astrological Sign and Mood – Should You Really Care?

Right off the bat, there are several people who might either tune out or just reject the fact that this form of superstition should really be given any importance. And it's cool, really.

For those of you who want to understand it, here we go:

Almost everyone knows that we have twelve signs in the Zodiac – with Aries being the first and Pisces being the last, and are divided into four different groups – Earth, Fire, Air & Water.

Each of these groups represent a vital quality of the signs that fall in each group and they are:

Earth – practical & tend to use common sense

Fire – enthusiastic and action oriented

Air – tend to be idea-oriented and have strong communication skills

Water – intuitive and emotional compared to the other signs

Now you must also know that it isn't about the Sun Sign but there are three other key parts of your Natal Horoscope that you must consider, and they are: Ascendant, North Node and Moon Sign, where they could all be different or the same signs.

Each of these parts of your horoscope add up to the "sum" that is YOU – and this is why two Leos are never the same, although the way they process Life will be through that fun-loving approach that they are so famous for – although they might never show it.

I understand but it took me about three years to comprehend how the system works! It's a beautiful study provided you take the time to understand it.

In Closing

While the outcome remains to be seen as to what happens on December 21, 2012, my bet is on the astrology folks and what they known and who I've known since 2008.

So, what do you think about astrology, and rather controversially, the coming Age of Aquarius…

It's a fact that no matter how pissed off and selfish you were for the 10 months of the year, November starts off a time when you begin to thank a "higher power" for the providence in your life.

Yes, it all begins in the buildup to Thanksgiving and carries on until Christmas, where our sole responsibility is to spread good cheer and engage in goodwill.

It's a time when we become righteous human beings bearing a sensitivity like no other for this entire month – and then move back to being our real selves as soon as the moment is past.

How convenient? Considering the fact that there are people out there who are sensitive to allergies regardless of whether it's the winter or summer season.

Why can't we be a bit more consistent, really?

Of course, in terms of those who struggle with winter allergies during this time, it's worse because they tend to miss out on all the fun…

Winter Vs. Summer Allergies

While most people are acquainted with summer allergies, there's no respite during the winter as these allergies intensify, thanks to the cold weather.

Some people who suffer during the summer might get away during the winter but most folks who have to deal with these conditions in the early part of the year find no reprieve during the winter either. And it gets worse

That's the reality of suffering with allergies, I'm sorry to say. But you probably know this already…

Among the numerous reasons why one might get an allergy during this time, here are the top three allergens that make their presence felt during this time of the year:

#1: Pet Dander

Well, since no one wants to get out during this time (including your pets), there are chances that you will have to deal with more dander than ever. That sucks – but yes, that's the reason why some folks suffer from an allergy. You have to find a way to get them out more often during this time.

#2: Mold & Pollen

With the season of winter comes the cold and dampness, and thanks to yard waste apart from decaying leaves, mold and pollen can form, and end up in your shoes and clothes.

#3: Damp Wood

Storing wood outside during winter causes the formation of mold spores, thanks to the dampness of the season. Anyone who is sensitive to this kind of allergy will get it as soon as you bring it into your home as firewood.

Of course, you can't get rid of all these items or your sensitivity, so the best way to avoid an allergy in the winter should be possible, if you follow these simple steps.

Winter Allergies – Tips to avoid them

Tip #1: First & foremost, be aware of all the possible allergens that might be in the air during this time. Staying informed can help prevent you getting these allergies.

Tip #2: Washing your hands off dust and possible allergens is the best thing that you can do. If you feel the allergy coming on, take a hot shower!

Tip #3: Wash the sheets you sleep on or even look for an allergy mattress to avoid pet dander and dust mites.

Finally, if you are already suffering from an allergy, see a doctor immediately. You'll have to treat both the allergy with medication as well as the resulting nasal congestion that occurs. Drinking fluids during this time is an excellent idea.

In Closing

And whether or not you suffer with an allergy, make sensitivity an ongoing thing throughout the year – it's the least we can do as humans, you know. Give, and you will receive…

For some eight months now, I've been teaching Advanced English at a Bible College. And quit just recently… in absolute frustration of their behavior – the students, fellow teachers pretty much everyone.

During my time, all I tried to do is get them to understand the importance of being open-minded, of taking time to challenge tradition and ways that are now considered to be integral to living an honest Christian life. Not to just accept things for what they are…

I was as successful as trying to get a woman to spend money from her pocket… talk about opening Pandora's Box!

And all I got was: judgement not forgetting irrational behavior that can be expected for religious zealots. As disappointing as this was, thank goodness I didn't tell them what I thought of the old testament and the story of Eve falling prey to the 'snake'.

(Yes, ladies… watch out for the "snake" – or else you'll get a crash course in what feels so gooooood but is so evil!)

Sex – it's good for you, not only in terms of fitness but also if you live in areas where it gets colder than usual. It's one of the best ways to stay warm not unless you fancy spitting – acknowledging the "trysexual" and naughty side of you!

Of course, there are other ways to stay warm, but before that, here's a note on hypothermia and mortality rates in the United States during winter.

US Mortality Rates during Winter & Hypothermia

It took only a few minutes for those aboard the Titanic to die as soon as they hit the water. Reason being the temperate of water was as minus 2 degrees centigrade. No, there were no Coast Guards those days, not that it would have mattered anyways, considering the shitty reputation they have these days.

Anyways, according to a report by the US National Center for Health Statistics between 2001 and 2007, more people have died between the months of December and March than in the other months.

And the difference is almost a 100,000 deaths between the the months during others seasons and winter – such is the impact of hypothermia.

You don't need me to tell you how important it is for you to stay warm… no, it's not an excuse to do you-know-what… oh but it is… (cough cough)

How to Stay Warm

If you're expecting some methods that have been invented by rocket science by which you can stay warm, there aren't any. Instead, here are some simple tips that are available (and evident) to the most one track minded fuckwit on God's green earth:

#1: Winter Wear

Using winter wear is probably the simplest way to keep from getting cold. There are new fangled products such as thermal underwear (so much for chastity belts, and now this!!!) among which Under Armour Coldgear is one such company that offer good stuff to keep you warm, especially in the places which matters most.

#2: Exercise

Easier said than done but then there are fun winter exercise options that can not only help you burn off those calories but keep you warm. Refrain from parking your behind just because it's the holidays, OK?

#3: Alcohol

I'm not suggesting that you go on a binge but it wouldn't be such a bad idea to have a couple of shots. The least it will do for you is warm up your insides, and piss your wife or spouse… perfect dumb guys recipe for makeup sex the following morning, my brothers!

#4: Heater/ Fireplace

Dead heroes are no good to anyone. Get a heater or freeze to death. It's as simple as that. A fireplace won't be such a bad idea either as you'll have to chop some wood to enjoy some downtime by the fire, during the evening.

In Closing

And yes, once you eat the fruit from that tree of good and evil, you won't just be warm – you'll be hot as hell! Just remember to scream while you're at it…

One of the most common types of brain injury that occurs as a result of a head injury is that of pressure inside the skull. This pressure is usually caused by a build-up of fluid – such as blood – inside the skull, which puts increased pressure on the brain. This can cause permanent brain damage, or even death, if it is not treated quickly with surgery.

The surgical procedure for this type of head injury requires surgeons to drill a hole – referred to as a ‘burr hole’ – in the patient’s skull into which they place one of the following surgical devices: a subdural or epidural monitor, a subarachnoid bolt, an intraparenchymal monitor or a an intraventricular catheter. Each of these devices offers something different for surgeons. The subdural or epidural monitor is the simplest way of monitoring fluid build-up in the skull, making it the best choice when an experienced brain surgeon is not available straight away to operate one of the other, more complex monitoring devices.

The subarachnoid bolt penetrates more deeply into the patient’s skull, going into the dura and arachnoid membranes. The sensor is attached physically to the patient’s skull when the inner and outer parts are fitted together, so that the device can hold its position in the subarachnoid area. The major problem with this is that it does not actually enable the fluid to be drained from the skull.
An intraparenchymal monitor is a device which penetrates into the actual tissue of the brain itself – known as the ‘parenchyma’ and again allows for monitoring of the fluid in the skull, albeit more quickly, reliably and accurately, but again is not designed to actually drain excess fluid. Like the others, this procedure is utilised in situations where draining fluid from the brain is considered to be unnecessary.

An intraventricular catheter is the most commonly used device in procedures for reducing pressure on the brain, because it allows surgeons to drain excess fluid, as well as enabling them to fill the ventricles of the brain with cerebrospinal fluid. It is also more reliable and accurate than other devices and procedures, as it is inserted into one of the ventricles deep in the brain.

Gosh, everyone's in a hurry these days. Employers, moms, athletes, protesters and God knows who else! And of the months too – it's the holidays (for crying out loud!), when we should take some time to "take it easy".

But no – we're so used to the fast pace of the grind that some of us can be immune to the "season" – and the goodwill that even the fictitious Ebenezer Scrooge could not ignore.

This is where taking a lesson or two from the inexperienced can do you some good – children, I mean. They stop when they want to – and don't, when they don't want to. Life is as simple and uncomplicated as that…

And we, as adults, are actually blamed for encouraging a sedentary lifestyle…

The Body's Metabolic Rate & its Relationship to Fat

Just in case you don't understand what the term metabolic rate means, let me give you an example. One person eats a lot of both healthy and unhealthy food and still remains thin while another eats the same amount and puts on weights.

Why does the second person gain weight? Because his/ her metabolic rate is much slower… it's as simple as that!

While there are situations in which having a slow metabolic rate might help – if you're on an island and find food to be scarce. Well, the least of your concerns at that point will be to lose weight…

For the rest of us who don't have to take such a survivalist approach, the principle requires you to speed up your metabolism… for the obvious reason!

Bluntly put: it's time to get active!

While it's not just about exercise but involves changing your lifestyle from one that involves no movement at all, here are a few tips that might help you to increase your metabolic rate… and there's nothing diabolic about it.

So here are some basic tips that you can follow in order to ramp up your body's metabolic rate.

Speed Up Your Metabolism – Simple Tips

For all the folks who think dieting is enough, it isn't. You have to "work" in order to get that body you've always wanted, and "work" you will. (God, I sound like the grinch who stole Christmas.)

So here are a few tips to speed up your metabolism:

#1: Keep track of the calories

I'm reminded of the "most accomplished American during his time", Benjamin Franklin, who said that a "penny saved is a penny earned". Similarly, one less calorie of food eaten adds up to a lot in the future.

Knowing how many calories you have to stay maintain everyday is a good start. If you don't know how many calories you should eat, multiply your weights in pounds by 11 or 12 depending on whether you exercise or not.

However, it isn't a rule but an approximation…

#2: Eat small portioned meals throughout the day

For a while people have followed the food pyramid chart, one thing was missing: portion control. Eating small meals is a good idea and should be ideally broken into 6-8 meals. Breakfast is mandatory!

#3: Exercise, exercise, exercise…

This is something that most dieters tend to ignore but which should. In order to get that body you want, you have to work for it (as mentioned earlier). And this involves both strength training and cardiovascular exercise.

4: Drink water and sleep

As a rule, 8-10 glasses of water should be drank a day. Along with this, 7-9 hours of sleep (with good sleep posture) are considered to be good for one's health. So keep this tip in mind.

In Closing

And with that "I want everything yesterday" attitude, you won't be able to take care of yourself using these tips. Adopt the Christmas attitude – at least during Christmas!

One of my favorite songs to listen to is Billy Joel's "Vienna". It serves as a personal reality check for me. There are times in our lives when we're put under the gun, and our world becomes one that is filled with responsibility – mostly monetary.

This means that work becomes more of a priority than usual – and time for fun (or even do nothing) gets cut short to little or no time.

Most people who are under such pressure tend to snap every now and then, and can you blame them? The words "take some time to smell the roses" seems to be taken with a sense of cynicism.

And this is why, a song such as this one, begins to make more sense, especially for the overworked and overambitious ones whose hearts work extra hard, and wear out faster than usual!

And why? Because the normal resting heart rate is what determines whether a person is healthy or not… and the more you are in a hurry, you'll find yourself in a lot of trouble as your heart rate continues to remain to a peak value known as Maximum Heart Rate.

So what is the normal resting heart rate?

An Introduction to Resting Heart Rate

For starters, the term heart rate pertains to the number of beats that your heart make per minute. When you are engaging in strenuous activity (say, like exercise), your heart tends to beat much faster but it is at its lowest when a person is doing nothing – or at rest. This figure varies between 50 to 100 beats per minute.

(Check in with a doctor if your normal resting heart rate is below or above these values, as it can mean trouble.)

All in all, the goal is for you to lower your heart rate between the aforementioned average values as it is an indicator of a healthy lifestyle.

How to Measure your Heart Rate

If you do think you have to see a doctor to check if you aren't taking care of yourself well, or if you want to know whether your heart rate is where it should be, they normally use machines that document your heart rate accurately.

However, there is another way by which you can find out whether your heart rate is normal or not, and that is by checking your pulse, which can be done by finding it either in the neck or wrist region.

Use a stopwatch to measure the number of heart beats for about 60, and do this about 3-4 times. Calculate the average rate, and you should be able to determine whether or not your heart rate is within range or not.

Watch this video if you do not know how to find your pulse…

Steps to Lower your Heart Rate

Of course, the only logical thing to do next is to lower your heart as naturally as possible, and so here is a link to an article that shows you how to do just that.

Apart from that, follow these simple tips:

#1: Rest as much as possible

#2: Drink as much water as possible

#3: The 'john' is your best friend. Attend the call of nature as soon as possible.

#4: Meditate… fabulous way to lower your pulse rate!

#5: A massage or a hot water bath does the trick as well

#6: Exercise and eat well

In Closing

And of course, try as much as possible to stop working so much (if you don't have to)… because Vienna does wait for you!

Getting busy in the kitchen. I can only think of "doing it" there. Yes, very far away from the usual purpose that busy bees and mother hens serve in an area such as the kitchen.

I don't grudge men who can cook very well (and who end up getting their way in bed anyways)… thanks to the obvious collection of brownie points in being the dextrous male. One-in-a-million and all that jazz…

(I've been getting a earful about the benefits of being able to cook well, and I still don't care even everyone else does…)

Oh yes, real men wear skirts too…

However, I don't mind eating… especially fish, and the way my mom prepares it… it's timeless (if you ask me) with a healthy dose of spices and nostalgia all rolled into one.

And pay her compliments over and over again for the "bang up job" that she does…

Trust me, the variety of fish in my culture (India) is far more diverse and that much more enjoyable than I've experienced in the United States. Of course, nothing beats food cooked at home… and in my experience, the hot, sour and bland fish curries that Mom serves up every now and then.

And it's good for you… whether we're talking "hilsa", mackerel or even the proverbial salmon…

Health Benefits of Salmon

There are several reasons why salmon (among other fish prepared in the form of sushi) are considered to be good for you. So here is a list of the health benefits of salmon that could get you to start eating salmon, if not learning how to cook salmon itself:

1) Low in calories – in a four ounce serving, it adds up to 261 calories. You won't be getting fat but losing some instead.
2) A rich source of nutrients such as vitamin D, omega-3 fatty acids and protein, all having a very good effect on your health while preventing several diseases as well.
3) Low in saturated fats as well as has Vitamin B3, B6 and B12 in abundance. No putting on weight here, either!
4) Contains minerals such as selenium, phosphorus, magnesium and tryptophan, all excellent nutrients for your health.

And this isn't an exhaustive list, so check this list for more information on the health benefits of eating salmon apart from other fish.

So, if you don't have anyone who can cook fish for you (like my mom), it's a good idea to take some classes to learn how to make salmon apart from the varieties of fish that are available in the United States.

How to Cook Salmon

Since going out an buying a recipe book might seem odd to some men, the internet is always a friendly place for most people who need to find recipes apart from a video tutorial on how to get it on in the kitchen.

Most of these recipes will fall under the broad categories of grilling, baking, boiling and poaching, and so here are a couple of video tutorials that will help you get started.

1) How to Grill Salmon

This video will provide you the basic steps to grill salmon and is presented by Chef Jenn at Mahalo.

2) How to Poach Salmon

Here is a video provided by Howcast that shows you how to poach Salmon.

3) How to Bake Salmon

This video will provide you the basic steps to bake salmon and is provided (yet again!) by Cheff Jenn at Mahalo.

4) How to broil Salmon

This video is one of the million recipes on how to broil Salmon.

In Closing

And sometimes food is better than sex… sometimes, of course…

No matter how hard we might try but we can certainly not deny the fact that having those teeth removed for some reason or having them lost due to change in age is not a nice feeling to go through. Although, dentures are always within reach to help you lead your life normally, those hard-working dentures still need your complete attention in order to grind the stones of your everyday life. So, irrespective of whether you have partial dentures or complete ones, the exigency to ensure special care for them cannot be shunned. Therefore, to make your life a little bit simpler, here are some of the most significant tips on how to keep that smile alive always.

1: Everyday cleaning at home

If there’s one important tip that could alone save you from reducing the possibility of developing inflammation under the dentures, then it is nothing but cleansing the dentures every day. Therefore, it’s extremely critical to ensure that you are removing the bacterial biofilm from your mouth as well as from your dentures.

2: Do not put dentures into boiling water

In addition to washing or keeping your dentures neat and dirt-free, you should never put your dentures into boiling water. Since boiling dentures into water will only injure them.

3: Stay away from wearing dentures throughout the day

To minimize or trim down the likelihood of denture stomatitis, you should stay away from wearing your dentures throughout the day. Make sure you cleanse the dentures properly and leave them out while you go to sleep. This will further prevent the quickening of bone loss.

4: Always store your dentures immersed in water

Another significant tip on taking good care of your dentures is to store them in water. This will enable the dentures to prevent warping. However, ascertain that you are changing the water each day and also rinsing well the container in which you store them.

5: Go to the dentist occasionally

Even though you may cleanse your dentures very carefully and thoroughly, it’s still very important to ensure that you go for an annual professional cleaning at least once a year. The examination helps one minimize the biofilm that builds up over the time and provides an insight into the complete dental status. By visiting your dentist, you can come to know if any change is taking place in your oral tissues or any sore that might become cancerous. The annual professional cleansing will indeed enable your overall hygiene and dental health.

Besides following all these tips, you also need to take care of your whole mouth. Make sure you give a good rinse to your mouth and massage your gums softly with a toothbrush. However, if you have partial dentures, you are still required to brush your teeth thoroughly and floss them regularly for the optimum overall health. So take care and stay healthy, making sure with a bright smile.

Did Atlas ever tire of carrying "the heavens" on his shoulders?

Of course, it's a story that has been derived from Greek mythology yet it's one that gave rise to the phrase 'carrying the weight of the world on one's shoulders", and almost all of us go through such a phase in our lives.

While this phrase is idiomatic in nature, there comes a point of time when we tire of carrying out such a duty for an extended period.

And just like Atlas, there is no way by which one can take a breather during this time, it seems.

Strangely enough, this transcends into the physical world where the strain of carrying the "weight of the world" (quite literally) on your shoulder can result in injury… yes, we're talking about "shoulder bursitis".

Shoulder Bursitis & its Causes

Blame it on a little sac otherwise known as the bursa that is present in about 160 in number and are located near the large joints, your shoulder also being one of these joints.

This sac is filled with a fluid and whose function is to work as a gliding surface (with a cushion-like effect) between two tissues of the body.

Without these bursae, you would experience far more friction between the bones, tendons and muscle, and most of all, won't enjoy free movement that we're used to with these fluid-filled sacs.

Shoulder bursitis occurs when one of these sacs are inflamed or injured for reason related to overuse of the shoulder muscles – in games like baseball where pitchers have to throw the ball for several innings at a stretch or where tennis players have to strike the ball for 5 sets. Other reasons include lifting a heavy weight incorrectly as well as the aging process.

Another rare cause for shoulder bursitis is in it getting infected, and in which case, the sac gets filled with too much fluid.

Shoulder Bursitis – Symptoms & Treatment

When it comes to the symptoms of shoulder bursitis, there are several instances in which you will know whether you have this condition or not.

If you:

a) Feel pain when you move your shoulder or lift your arms above your head

b) Experience an aching pain when resting

c) Turn onto your sore shoulder while asleep, and you experience a "rude awakening" of sorts.

d) Cannot move your shoulder and arm as much as normally possible.

e) Feel the strength in your upper arm and shoulder slipping.

As for the treatment, most physicians will take an x-ray and will recommend that you stop using your shoulders and arms, and this goes for even simple movements. Normally, it's only when the pain subsides that you will be asked to resume body movements.

Also, another normal course of treatment will involve placing ice packs at least 3 times a day on the injured area for 15 to 20 minutes.

If the condition is much serious than usual, a course of antibiotics, steroids and non-inflammatory medication will be administered by doctors to relieve the pain as well as speed up the healing process.

In Closing

As for the fitness enthusiasts who walk into a gym for the first time, don't try to be Atlas, please! We'll let Atlas remain where he should be – a legend in Greek mythology.

The ideal man goes home early, doesn’t flirt, doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke, doesn’t gamble and doesn’t exist. Well, that something I read at a site, and probably, from a man's point-of-view, it would really suck to be that way anyways. Sorry, I just can't imagine a life without some of these "vices'…

Relationships… all the wisdom in the world cannot provide a formula for success, if there is such a state for a relationship. And perhaps that's the beauty of it all!

Yet when the topic shifts to the "wavering will" of a man's penis, then everything goes down the drain because a man's true nature HAS to be changed to the whims of "culture".

Yet there's a limit, as some men cross a line and "disease" serves as a cruel punishment for pretending to be all 'macho' and the proverbial alpha-male of the species, you know.

Of course, there's another trait that surfaces (especially when women aren't around) and that's being just plain dirty, as basic as that is. Some men can really do better.

Sooner or later, you'll find yourself dealing with a condition known as male urinary tract infection…

Male Urinary Tract Infection – Causes

Since the human urinary system consists of the ureters, bladder, kidney and the urethra, when any of these organs get infected, it is considered to be a urinary track infection.

What causes the male urinary tract infection is the E. Coli bacteria that grows and infects the urinary bladder and the urethra. If ignored, this infection can spread to the other parts of the body through the bloodstream, and can prove fatal in the long run.

And which brings me to the discussion about men and their habits: there are two reasons why men can obtain the male urinary tract infection, and they are because of an overactive sex life or even the lack of hygiene.

Now this infection is further classified into two types of tract infections and they are cystitis (lower tract infection) and pyelonephritis (upper tract infection).

And so, let's discuss the symptoms involved with both these ailments.

Male Urinary Tract Infection Symptoms

So here is the list of symptoms for both these types of male urinary tract infection:

Type 1: Pyelonephritis (Kidney Infection)
a. Vomiting and Nausea
b. Severe abdominal pain (occasionally)
c. Confusion or mental change
d. Chills with shaking
e. Fatigue
f. High fever (for more than two days)
g. Change in texture and color of skin
h. Foul or strong urine odor
i. Painful urination or the inability to urinate
j. Increase in frequency of urination
k. Nocturia
l. Back pain

Type 2: Cystitis (Urinary Bladder Infection)
a. Flank pain
b. Need to urinate frequently
c. Nocturia
d. Foul or strong urine odor
e. Painful urination (also known as dysuria)
f. Pressure in the lower pelvis
g. Chills
h. Fatigue
i. Fever
j. Vomiting and nausea
k. Pain during sex
l. Confusion or Mental changes
m. Pain in the penis, which is a rare symptom

The treatment of these two types of the male urinary tract infection is a course of antibiotics, and if you do find yourself suffering with these some of these symptoms, it's time to meet a doctor.

In Closing

Yet there's no doubt that men will definitely push their luck, and be punished by their vices…
