<li>What supplements are the best?</li>
<li>Which workout program should I be doing?</li>
<li>What should I eat and when?</li>
</ul>
<p>Rather than continuing to tell those people to &#034;Get lost!&#034; &#8212; only joking, as I hope the happy recipients of countless back and forth emails will attest to &#8212; I decided to put together a <a href="http://www.fitbuff.com/recommended/" title="Click Here for My Top Book, Workout, and Supplement Picks">Recommended page</a> that includes some of the best books, workouts, and supplements that I use/d with great results.</p>
<p>Obviously, you shouldn&#039;t just run out and buy everything on the list, because different products are going to work differently for everyone.</p>
<p>The old &#034;past performance is not an indicator of future results&#034; trick.</p>
<p>But, everything on the list has helped <b>me</b> tremendously, and I&#039;m sure it would benefit the majority of you all as well.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>You may have noticed the site was inaccessible for most of the last two days. We just upgraded to a bigger and better server (&#034;Dual Quad Core,&#034; for the tech-heads), which means faster load times and better browsing for you!</p>
<p>Most of the changes have already been done, and all of FitBuff&#039;s pages and posts should be live again. We&#039;ll be tweaking a few things here and there over the coming days just to make sure the transfer is <i>completely</i> complete.</p>

<p>As always, you&#039;ll be getting the usual Dating post that has become routine on Saturday&#039;s here at FitBuff.</p>
<p>I just wanted to give you a quick update on our continually growing community. We&#039;ve finally hit the 1,000 unique visitors per day mark, with most days bringing in many more.</p>
<p>Many of you have been stopping by since the beginning only 10 short months ago, and welcome to all of the new readers as well!</p>
