Congratulations to all the winners of last month's competitions, Contest: "The Game" by Neil Strauss and Free Copy of "Getting Things Done" by David Allen: Aaron, Nath, Scott, Robin, Paul, Robert, Sharon, Michael, Darren, and "Get Back My Ex."
All the prizes have been distributed, and now it's time for this month's contest.
Rules
This one is very easy. All you have to do is register for the FitBuff forums. It takes less than 30 seconds and is completely free. That's it: once you register, that counts as one entry into the contest. If you have already signed up for the forums before this contest was announced, don't worry, you will be included in the drawing automatically.
You can earn up to 10 additional entries by making a post on the forums. Your post can simply be a friendly greeting to fellow members, a response to someone's question, or a question of your own. For each post, you will receive one additional entry up to the limit of 10.
You must use a valid email address when registering, or we will have no way to contact the winner. Don't worry, none of the other users can see your email, and you will never receive any spam or junk email as a result. The only information anyone will see about you at all is your "Username", and you can make that anything you want.
Prize
This month's prize is one of the best nutrition books I've ever read. Notice I didn't say, "diet books." The Abs Diet goes so much deeper than that, actually explaining the science and facts behind the methods discussed in the reading. This means you can implement their suggestions, while making tweaks and customizations to fit your own lifestyle and/or preferences.
Whether you are severely overweight, or simply need to lose the last 10 pounds to reveal your abs, I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in achieving Total Mind and Body Fitness.
"The Abs Diet is a sensible eating and exercise plan, not a fad diet. The Abs Diet Powerfoods and the Abs Diet Workout are designed to make you fit, healthy, and lean for life. If you want to get on top of your game, this is where you start. Remember: Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself." –The Rock, movie star
"A must read for anyone who is serious about building a healthy body and changing to a healthy lifestyle. Most diets are based on gimmicks that set you up for failure; this is the first program I have seen that promotes a lifestyle change that anyone can live with." –David R. Pearson, Ph.D., director of the strength-research laboratory at Ball State University.
"Finally, a diet that's focused on what you can eat, not what you can't! . . . You'll look good, but you'll feel great–and you'll succeed at last!"–Heidi Skolnik, staff nutritionist for the New York Giants
"Clear, crisp, refreshingly sensible… There are few ‘diet books’ that I am willing to endorse. I endorse this one enthusiastically."—David L. Katz, M.D., director of medical studies in public health at Yale University School of Medicine
This book has over 200 rave reviews from Amazon customers and is ranked in the Top 800 best-selling books on ALL of Amazon.com. Click Here to see for yourself what all the hype is about.
