		<description>I have used a cheat day for years to maintain my weight as well as when I need to bring my weight down and recommended it to my personal training clients. It provides a great release and allows me to battle through cravings that creep up during the week (It&#039;s only X days until my free day. I can do without that double chocolate brownie delight).

After reading Marion&#039;s book, I found it to be a very simple plan. My wife and I have been test driving it for the last three weeks. By following the principles outlined in his book plus working out five days a week, an average of 30-minutes, my waist is 3/4&#039;&#039; smaller.</description>
