Weekly Recap (March 1-8, 2009)

Excellent week, finally! After some sub-par results for the past few weeks, I really got back into the swing of things this time.

My compliance was easily 90%, with my only two "cheat" meals coming exclusively from indulging in a little more fruit.

It's awesome and encouraging to see it pay off in the numbers. I dropped a full half-inch from my waist, and I'm back below 13% body fat, at only 12.65 percent.

Next stop: single-digit body fat!

I'm going to use this momentum to continue the great nutrition streak that I'm on, and I should be hitting single-digit body fat just in time for shirts-off weather (not vain at all, right?).

Now, for the ultimate test, I'm going back to Myrtle Beach AGAIN today, and that has been what's tripped me up the past few weeks.

Last time, I wanted to only have 1-2 cheat meals, and ended up with 3-4. This time I'm going for ZERO cheat meals, and I have no doubt I'll stick to it, thanks to the positive results from this week.

In fact, I'm going to go out of my way to be even more compliant this week, taking those fruit indulgences down a notch, because, sometimes, after a tough workout, I can knock out 5 or 6 bananas at a time, no problem.
