		<description>I would say the diet ratios are good for each body type but I would disagree with the ectomorph diet if they are trying to build muscle mass. I would increase the protein and fat and decrease the carbs. If they are lifting heavy they will need more protein to rebuild and gain muscle. Just my opinion.</description>
