I think that all the calories theories are flawed to say the least. That's because each individual's metabolism is different. People who eat normal and do sports regularily are known to get and keep their shape longer and better then dietrs. Swiming is my favourite one, worked like a charm for me!

I also would like to say that eating at these places depends on your goals. If you are trying to bulk and gain muscle mass then you can get away with eating these kind of foods more. If you are trying to lose weight by cutting then do not eat these foods. Fast food can be effective bulking food such as Chipotle burritos. If you are interested in seeing how they can be effective at bulking read my newest article on GBS.

This is a great tool to help people make decisions when they are on the road and have no other options than to eat at these places. And really eating at fast food or dine-in establishments is not terribly bad for you if done in moderation and ensuring that your diet fits within your suggested calorie intake of the day. In the end that's what matters when it comes to weight loss or weight gain!

Nice to know some fast food restaurants do make the nutritional info about their food available to the public. Thank you for the list but after this christmas I'll be staying far away from fast food outlets...

But that's after christmas...

Quick roadside tips about healthy fast food choices:
1) Drink bottled water when on the road - especially about 30 minutes before you decide to stop for at a fast food franchise;
2) Stop Do stretching exercises every 2 hours - it will help keep you awake and it will burn calories...
