Weekly Recap (January 25-February 1, 2009)
This was low-intensity week, which means it was all body-weight work and cardio.
Even the cardio was low-intensity, instead of HIIT, and I still managed to lose another 3 pounds worth of the Binge-a-thon weight.
Of course, yesterday's speed camp and brutal 71 straight deep lunges didn't hurt!
I am REALLY feeling those lunges this morning. Calves, hamstrings, glutes, thighs, it's all gone!
I managed to curb my cravings quite a bit, with only two cheat meals all week, except one was a massive Chinese buffet that was probably worth about 2-3 meals, so I didn't quite hit the Precision Nutrition 90% mark.
That's definitely disappointing, but a major improvement over the last few weeks.
I'm going to step it up another notch this week, shooting for only 2 relatively small cheat meals again, starting with my usual Sunday fast today.
Although, today's may be just a bit more challenging while surrounded by SuperBowl pizza, wings, and chips!
Don't try this at home, or at your friend's SuperBowl party…
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at Geek2Freak.com.

Diet blog for sure helps, track what u eat
All I can tell you is that most people don't really need more than 1500 calories a day, and they can lose weight on that, generally. If you suggest fewer, boy, will people come down on you!
