This so called “cartoon” makes no sense whatsoever. A brain, once removed from the body, is not capable of though. It would have to be be transferred to a receptor before regaining consciousness. The cartoonist’s ignorance embarrasses him.
Hey Joe, haven’t you noticed that in many cartoons, things are quite different from the way they are in reality? I mean, if mice, ducks, rabbits, turtles, dogs, and alligators can talk, why can’t brains, even once removed think?
Excellent points Rick. You’re correct in reality Joe, but it is indeed a cartoon and meant to challenge reality in a humorous way.
In my opinion, the funniest thing about the whole thing isn’t the thinking brain, but the handsaw for cutting lumber on the table in the background.
