Just when you thought you were safe, another study says, "Yes, sleeping too little can increase the risk of heart disease, but so can sleeping too much!" What are we supposed to do here?! Researchers say about 7 hours is ideal.
- Space bugs become more dangerous Like something straight out of a science-fiction movie, scientists found that when they flew certain bacteria samples into space, they became more virulent and deadly. Forget the Bird Flu, and just watch out for the Space Flu!
