Great Expectations from Great Recommendations - My Top Book, Workout, and Supplement Picks

I get a lot of emails, especially now with beach season in full swing, from people asking a lot of similar questions like:

Rather than continuing to tell those people to "Get lost!" — only joking, as I hope the happy recipients of countless back and forth emails will attest to — I decided to put together a Recommended page that includes some of the best books, workouts, and supplements that I use/d with great results.

Obviously, you shouldn't just run out and buy everything on the list, because different products are going to work differently for everyone.

The old "past performance is not an indicator of future results" trick.

But, everything on the list has helped me tremendously, and I'm sure it would benefit the majority of you all as well.
