How to cook salmon — or anything else, for that matter — can be extremely challenging for many culinarily-challenged men. Fortunately, here is the "Dumb Guys" guide to whipping up a delicious and healthy Slammin' Salmon meal in less time than it takes to bake a frozen pizza.
Bobby Flay I am not. Put me in a kitchen, and I'd still be lost with both a compass and a road map. So, when it comes to cooking, keeping things as easy as possible seems to be the way to go — especially when I'm trying to prepare a healthy dish. This is pretty much why I feel I have absolutely no right to pass along a recipe to you; with the only exception being this particular meal, which is as healthy and as easily prepared as they come.
I'm not even going to bother with portions. Frankly, I don't even know what the portions are. But, I do know what the ingredients are, and they all combine to make a heart healthy, Omega-3 rich, pretty slamming tasting fish dish. Here's what you'll need: Salmon, Carrots, Scallions, Lemon, Ground Pepper, and Low-Sodium Soy Sauce. And here's how you cook it: Take a sheet of aluminum foil, put all of the aforementioned ingredients in it, shove it in an oven preheated to 400 degrees, and go watch TV for twenty minutes.
Then, take the aluminum foil out of the oven, let it cool for a little while, and then put it on a plate. Or put it in a bowl. Or eat it right from the aluminum foil. Who cares. Just eat it…and enjoy how little effort it took to make this tasty, healthy meal.
There are many different methods and techniques on how to cook salmon. What's your favorite?

I can’t believe I actually pulled this off, I guess it really is for dumb guys, lol. This may be the most “complicated” thing I’ve ever cooked, and it tasted GREAT!
This sounds really dumb but as you said who cares.. I love the way you cooked my fave fish mate.. Definitely I’ll give this a try.. I just love salmon heaps:)
This sounds delicious, although I have another way to cook it. Exactly the same but with different ingredients. First, you take some aluminum foil, and shape it to where it would hold the salmon fillet you have sitting in front of you, then put a lot of butter and chopped garlic in with it and lay the salmon on top of that. Then, Slice a lemon into thin circular slices and place them on top of the salmon. (This will let the lemon seep downward into the salmon in the cooking process. And while you’re at it, just squeeze some lemon juice into the foil. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees and as was said before, go watch T.V. for 20 minutes. Hope you enjoy this recipe.
That was such a great recipe. i am looking forward into this site. I am hoping that you could posts more recipes.
