Everyone wants to know how to get a six pack. There's a reason why these Greek god-like muscles are so sought after: They're rare and hard to find under the average American's belly fat (supply and demand).

But, the good news is that everyone has their own coveted six pack hiding deep down inside of them. Yes, even the laziest Homer-Simpson-like couch potato watching football in your living room.

The key is to shed the layers of fat that are covering them, while simultaneously performing the best ab exercises to really make them "pop".

How to Get a Six Pack - 10 Best Ab Exercises

As for the diet and fat-burning parts of your quest for the ultimate washboard abs, consult these articles: 13 Steps to a Heart Healthy Diet and How to Burn More Fat in Less Time: The Secret to HIIT.

The biggest mistake people make is ignoring the two phases above, assuming that abs are the result of 1000 daily crunches. Big mistake! Diet and burning fat are extremely important to finding your inner cover model — arguably more so than even the physical exercises.

But, the main point of this article is to show you the best ab exercises to be used in conjunction with a fat-burning diet and exercise routine.

10 Best Ab Exercises

I would agree that a variation on crunches is essential for nicely toned or sculpted abs, but at the same time you want to try and do some excercises that would take the strain off of your back. You would also need to have a proper diet regiment to supplement your aerobic excercise routine or you will soon get discouraged. Lots of good info thanks…
