Today's Log
5 minute warmup (jumping jacks, bike, dynamic stretching)

SuperSet
Squats - 300 pounds - Sets: 5/5/5
Leg Curls (Ball) - Bodyweight - Sets: 5/5/5

SuperSet
Lunges - 45 pound DB's - Sets: 10/9
Calf Raises - 15 pound DB's - Sets: 10/10

SuperSet
Crunch (Hanging) - Bodyweight - Sets: 12/7
Oblique Bends - 35 pound DB's - Sets: 12/12

Notes:
Today was the last day of this 4 week phase.  I crossed into the 300 pound range for the first time today on squats, and it actually felt like I could have done more.  Even on the third set, I got 5 up with no problem while keeping good form.  Monday starts a new 4 week phase that will incorporate more high intensity circuit training to try and bring my body fat down into the 15% range.
