Today's Log (cardio day)
Exercise Bike

3:00 warmup at 90 RPM
9:45 of intervals (6 seconds at ~150 RPM, 9 seconds at ~90 RPM)
3:00 cooldown at 80/60/40 RPM

Total Time - 15:45
Distance Covered - 5.491 miles

Notes:
Cardio felt good today. I can definitely feel my endurance getting stronger, even as I increase the total time each week. I'm going to try to go really hard on cardio again tomorrow, since I take my measurements every Monday. Hoping to have a Body Fat Percentage under 20.
