9:45 of intervals (6 seconds at ~150 RPM, 9 seconds at ~90 RPM)

Distance Covered - 5.529 miles
Notes:
Went hard on the bike today, setting a new high at 5.529 miles. I take my weekly measurements tomorrow morning, and I'm hoping to have cracked back under the 20% mark. We'll see… but I know it will start to come down over the next four weeks, because starting tomorrow I will begin the month long circuit training phase, consisting of three days of strength training and four days of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the bike per week.
