Circuit Training - One set of all exercises are done in a row without rest, then 2-4 minute rest, then entire set of exercises again
Circuit (4 minute rest between the two circuits)
Incline Bench Press - 140 pounds - Sets: 12/9
Squat - 205 pounds - Sets: 12/12
Chinups - Bodyweight - Sets: 11/8
Military Press (on ball) - 27.5 pound DB's - Sets: 12/12
Lunges - 27.5 pound DB's - Sets: 12/12
High Pulls - 65 pounds - Sets: 12/12
Dips - Bodyweight - Sets: 12/8
Notes:
Wow! I always forget how intense circuit training is, until it rolls around again every few months. I got through the first circuit better than I usually do on the first day, but I definitely felt the effects on the second circuit. I can tell the added cardio and HIIT sessions on the bike are helping my endurance though.
