Circuit Training - One set of all exercises are done in a row without rest, then 2-4 minute rest, then entire set of exercises again
Circuit (3 minute rest between the two circuits)
Incline Bench Press - 165 pounds - Sets: 8/5.5
Squat - 245 pounds - Sets: 8/8
Chinups - Bodyweight - Sets: 10/8
Military Press (on ball) - 37.5 pound DB's - Sets: 8/8
Lunges - 37.5 pound DB's - Sets: 8/8
High Pulls - 70 pounds - Sets: 8/8
Dips - Bodyweight - Sets: 8/8
Notes:
Wednesday's circuit days are definitely a little better than Monday's circuit days. By "better", I mean slightly less torturous, haha, because I'm working with heavier weights but less reps. So even though the overall weight is probably pretty close if not more than Monday's, the actual number of reps I'm pumping out is lower. Glad to have made it through the first week of the circuit phase, because Fridays are "heavy load" days, which means no circuit.
