Today's Log
5 minute warmup (jumping jacks, bike, dynamic stretching)

Reverse Pushup - Bodyweight - Sets: 5/5/5
Incline DB Press - 50 pound DB's - Sets: 5/5/5
SuperSet
Military Press (Ball) - 35 pound DB's - Sets: 10/8
High Pulls - 55 pounds - Sets: 10/10
SuperSet
Reverse Flys - 7.5 pound DB's - Sets: 12/12
External Rotations - 7.5 pound DB's - Sets: 10/11
Notes:
This is the last upper body day of this 4 week cycle. One more lower body day tomorrow, then it's the dreaded CIRCUIT training for 4 weeks starting Monday. At least during the circuit training phase, I only workout 3 days a week with cardio on the other 4. On this current phase I'm finishing tomorrow, I've been doing 4 workouts with 3 cardio days.
