Weekly Recap (August 13 - August 19)

I finally switched my measurement time this week. I've been taking my measurements every Monday at noon for several months, but I've always wanted to switch to taking them first thing in the morning for more accurate results.

I figured since I was making the switch to earlier in the morning, I might as well make it on Sunday instead of Monday too, so I can include my updated measurements each week here in my weekly recap on the blog.

So, as expected, I got a lower weight measurement this week (down to 185), which is probably just because I used to measure at noon after I'd already had a couple meals, water, etc.

I was happy to see that my waist was all the way down to 31.25 (the lowest it's ever been!), which again is probably because I hadn't had any food or water to fill it out at all.

So, it's hard to make many comparisons or chart my progress over the last week because of the two different measuring times, but at least I've made the switch now, and will be able to track my progress as normal from here on out. Looking forward to next week already, to try and get my body fat back down to 15% or less!
