Weekly Recap (August 20 - August 26)
Not too bad this week, but not great. My weight stayed exactly the same, and my body fat percentage went up half a point. But my waist still stayed at 31 and a quarter which is the lowest it's ever been.
I really want to get back to my 15 percent mark that I hit a few weeks ago, so I can start working my way towards my next goal of 12% body fat.
I'm still increasing reps and weight on most of my workouts, strength and cardio, so hopefully the increasing workload will help shed some of the extra fat.
