Weekly Recap (August 27 - September 2)
I gained a whopping 0.2 pounds this week! haha
But the rest of my measurements stayed relatively the same, and my waist continues to shrink down, so I can't complain. My waist was all the way down to 31.1 inches which is a new record low for me, and breaking into the 30's actually seems realistic.
My weight seems to have leveled off some what, after at least 3 straight weeks of 185 or 185.2. As long as my strength remains and I keep shaving fat from my waistline, it's all good!
