Weekly Recap (August 6 - August 12)

I was pumped up all week after seeing how much my body fat went down last week. Lots of energy, and some new personal records throughout my workouts.

I'm really anxious to see if my great numbers hold up in tomorrows measurements, hopefully the improvements continue. And starting next week, I will be changing my weekly measurement day to Sunday, instead of Monday, so I can post the results here on the blog along with my weekly recap. I think that makes more sense, especially if you don't follow my daily updates as closely.
