Weekly Recap (July 16 – July 22)

This marks the end of my second consecutive "active rest" week. I'm interested to see how my little experiment is going to work out. From the picture it looks nearly identical to last week's, but tomorrow's measurements will tell me more.

Who knows, maybe it will have worked again, and I've added a small amount of muscle while dropping fat. Of course, it could be the other way around too. I'll find out tomorrow morning, then based on the results, I'll either be hitting the weights for tomorrow's workout or going bodyweight exercises again!
