Weekly Recap (July 2 - July 8 )
As I said yesterday in my Daily Workout Log, I can feel my core getting more powerful and more stable.
Also, as I begin to shed layers of fat, my muscles, though they may not be directly increasing in size, APPEAR to pop a little more just because of the added definition. My weekly measurements are a good indicator of that, because my waist is steadily shrinking while my chest and arms are staying about the same.
Looking forward to tomorrow's measurements, and the increasingly INcorrect Body Fat Percentage reading! lol
It better at least give me 18% or 18.5% of I may have to get a new one! :)
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at the forums in this thread: Personal Daily Workout Log.
