Weekly Recap (July 23 - July 29)

First week back to heavy lifting felt really good. The biggest change I noticed this week though was in my endurance. For the first time ever, I didn't absolutely loathe my HIIT sessions. I used to dread any form of cardio, but now I'm recovering faster than I ever thought I could.

In both HIIT sessions this week, I was actually somewhat surprised at the end of each workout that it was already over. It used to feel like they would never end and I had to just try and hang on to last. I'm increasing the time of each session every week and continuing to set new personal records with every session.

I'm closing in on the 6.5 mile mark, and hope to be over 7 by the time I hit my max time of 20 minutes.
