Weekly Recap (July 30 - August 5)

Another great week, and I'm glad to report my dramatic endurance increase from last week is still holding up, and getting even better. That used to be my biggest weakness, and it's a completely different world now that I feel like the Energizer bunny!

I honestly don't know what to attribute it to. Maybe it's just all the hard work I've been putting in in the weight room and in my nutrition finally paying off all at once. Looking forward to check out my measurements tomorrow morning, and see if I've made any improvements over last week. I'm still inching closer to breaking into the 31's in my waist, maybe tomorrow will be the day!
