Weekly Recap (July 9 – July 15)
My "active rest" week felt great, and I think my body really needed it. It had been far too long since I had taken any type of break at all, and even this break was relative. Everything stayed the same, except that the strength workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday were all bodyweight exercises.
I'm interested to see how that affected my measurements tomorrow, if at all.
Looking forward to hitting the weights again tomorrow!
