Weekly Recap (June 18 – June 24)
Another great week, felt high energy and intense for every workout. I can really tell a difference in my overall energy level all the time now that I've upped the cardio sessions and circuit training. I'm always busting at the seams with energy now and it feels great.
My stomach is really starting to tighten and firm also. You guys out there probably don't want to hear about me in the shower, haha, but one of the ways I can tell my abs are finally starting to really surface is when I'm washing my stomach, my fingers vibrate as they cross over the ridges. I know that sounds ridiculous, haha, but I just noticed that this week, and they've never done that before.
I still have a ways to go before they are officially "ripped" as in my "Quest for RIPPED Abs", but I'm definitely making progress and getting there slowly but surely!
Each week inspires me to push harder the next week, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow's workout, and Monday is easily the most intense of the week. Bring it on!
