Weekly Recap (September 23 – 29)
WOW! This was the best week yet!
All of my "good" measurements went up, while my waist and body fat went down! My body fat is lower than it's ever been at 13.5% even though I GAINED a pound last week.
Looks like this new routine of 3 HIIT sessions per week, plus my normal weight training is REALLY paying off, and I've only been doing it for 2 weeks!
Results like these definitely have me pumped up and motivated to keep it going! See you next week with some even better numbers!
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at the forums in this thread: Personal Daily Workout Log.

The before and after pictures show a remarkable difference. I have been doing a very low intensity workout for a while, and making slow progress, but progress none the less. Seeing you has motivated me more, especially as I have been slacking recently. Also I really only just recently, less than a month ago, learned of HIT, and the study that was done in the 1970s.
Way to go on your progress, and thanks for the re-insipration.
Congrats on getting back into the swing of things. Low intensity is great for when you're adjusting to a new workout regimen, but as you increase your fitness level, you should definitely try out some HIIT.
I've seen fantastic results from it for myself, as well as everyone I've taught about it.
Here's an article on it for more information, and keep up the inspiration!
