		<description>Congrats on getting back into the swing of things. Low intensity is great for when you&#039;re adjusting to a new workout regimen, but as you increase your fitness level, you should definitely try out some HIIT.

I&#039;ve seen fantastic results from it for myself, as well as everyone I&#039;ve taught about it.

Seeing you has motivated me more, especially as I have been slacking recently.  Also I really only just recently, less than a month ago, learned of HIT, and the study that was done in the 1970s.

Way to go on your progress, and thanks for the re-insipration.</description>
