Weekly Recap (September 30 - October 6)

Awesome! Another excellent week and I'm becoming more and more of a HIIT fanatic.

The results of upping my HIIT sessions just from 2 to 3 have been amazing. I'm now averaging over 21 miles per week of high intensity training, and it feels fantastic.

My scale showed me my lowest body fat reading yet at 13% and my waist tied it's lowest measurement yet at 31.1 inches.

As long as these numbers and awesome results continue, I am going to keep giving it everything I've got each week.

It's really satisfying for me to see the hard work paying off on paper and in the mirror!

Your progress and pictures finally inspired me to try out HIIT and I have to say I'm impressed with the effects after my first week. I'll keep it going and see if it keeps working. Great job by the way!
