Weekly Recap (September 9 - September 15)

Last week, I had gained 5 pounds from all the Labor Day cookouts and meals, which motivated me to up my HIIT sessions from 2 to 3 per week.

After my first week of the new schedule, I already shed all 5 of those Labor Day pounds, plus shaved another quarter inch off my waistline!

And that's only one week on the new plan, so I'm going to continue with it and see what kind of results I can get.

Plus, this week will be the first time I cross the 7 mile mark in my HIIT session, so I will be doing over 21 miles this week, in addition to my normal weightlifting schedule! Let's do it!
