Weekly Recap (September 3 - September 9)
I knew I was in for slightly worse measurements this week, because with labor day came cookouts, pizzas, and ice cream!
I gained about 5 pounds total, and surprisingly the scale actually worked to my advantage this time and said I lost 1% body fat. But before I could celebrate what I knew was too good to be true, I took the definitive waist measurement and found that I added almost a full INCH! :(
Not too bad though for one week, and as I said yesterday on the daily workout logs, I'm upping my HIIT sessions from 2 per week to 3 per week. At my current rate, that will put me at cycling over 20 miles per week!
Let's see fat survive in that environment!
