Weekly Recap (June 11 - June 17)
I felt really good this whole week. All my workouts were high intensity, and I can really feel the HIIT cardio sessions improving my endurance and stamina.
Oh, and the bike mileage counter started working correctly again this week. All I had to do was take all the batteries out and reset it. Hopefully, it doesn't revert back to counting so fast. I set a new personal best today at 5.727 miles in 16:15. Six minutes of that is warmup and cooldown with 10:15 of actual High Intensity Interval Training. I move it up 15 seconds each week, so this coming week it will be 10:30 of HIIT.
Today was probably also the best I've felt stamina-wise while doing HIIT. I didn't even get really winded until about 3/4 of the way in. Usually, I start to really feel it about half way through.
Looking forward to taking my weekly measurements tomorrow. Hopefully I've dropped another percentage point or two from the body fat percentage. We'll see…
That about raps it up for this week. See you next Sunday and don't forget you can follow my daily updates over at the forums in this thread: Personal Daily Workout Log.
