Today's Log
5 minute warmup (jumping jacks, bike, dynamic stretching)

SuperSet Squats and Leg Curls
Squats - 285 pounds - 3 sets of 5
Leg Curl (Ball) - Bodyweight - 3 sets of 5

SuperSet Lunges and Back Extensions
Lunges - 45 pound DB's - 2 sets of 8 on each side
Back Extension (Ball) - Bodyweight - 2 sets of 10

SuperSet Crunches and Plank
Crunches (Ball) - 47.5 pound DB - 2 sets of 12
Plank - Bodyweight - 2 sets of 1:40
