5 minute warmup (jumping jacks, bike, dynamic stretching)

Reverse Pushups - Bodyweight - 3 sets of 5
Incline DB Press - 50 pound DB's - 3 sets of 5

SuperSet
Military Press on Ball - 30 pound DB's - 2 sets of 10
High Pulls - 50 pounds - 2 sets of 10

SuperSet
Reverse Fly - 7.5 pound DB's - 2 sets of 12
External Rotation - 7.5 pound DB - 2 sets of 10
