Weekly Recap (February 8-15, 2009)
Back on track! …sort of…
I managed to drop 4 pounds and half an inch from my waist this week with less than an hour of working out, proving once again just how important nutrition is to shedding fat.
I of course would have loved to supplement that with my usual workouts too, but I twisted my ankle playing basketball early in the week, so I've been laid up for most of the time since then.
Fortunately, it's already back to about 90%, so I should be able to hit the gym again tomorrow.
I finally kept my eating plans in check, probably because I knew I had to make up for the missed workouts somehow.
Now, I'll combine the two this week for even better results!
I was hoping my calipers that I ordered would be here yesterday, so I could test them out this morning, but it looks like they won't be here until Tuesday, so I've got another week to prepare for a better initial measurement!
