It's even possible to maintain an effective fat-loss routine even if you don't have time for cardio workouts which can eat-up a lot of time. The trick is metabolic training which makes it possible to have short 15-20 minute workouts sessions and still achieve rapid fat loss! http://budurl.com/BodyTransformation

Thanks Seifer! You were right- cardio+strength training surely sped things up for me. This site (http://DoubleEdgedFatLoss.com) helped-out a lot as well. This dude is giving away free workouts and an hour-long fat loss webinar for free. It's unbelievable how much he's giving away for free!

Good set of exercises. I just want to add some tips from me, very basic. I think that the biggest problem with getting flat stomach is that people often do not continue doing exercises or keeping diet. It is very much in our brain. We would like to have it flat but it is hard to sacrifice for it. And even if one get it then often do not maintain it so after couple of months everything is as before. flatstomach-weightloss.com

@ Leana: If your goal is getting a flat, well-defined stomach, work on lowering your body fat index by doing a combination of cardio and muscle-building exercises. Intense cardio exercises burn more calories in less time and increasing muscle increases metabolism which will take care of surplus calories.

Hi! These look like excellent ab exercises. However, I've been doing ab isolation exercises for quite some time now and am quite impatient with the results. Aside from dieting to complement the ab workouts, what else can I do to speed things up?

In regards to the ab-wheel, I found that if you keep your lower back tucked in a little bit when you extend out, your abs stay contracted a little more. It also protects the spine.

These are great lower ab exercises. I especially like the jacknifes as you can adapt it to make it more difficult. Nice article!
