Weekly Recap (June 21-28, 2009)

It was a little bit of a drag this week, because of the misleading measurements, so allow me to explain.

I was 100% clean yet again, with another 12-day streak, but I subjected myself to not just my usual one, but TWO Adrenaline Sports sessions. I held up surprisingly well, but I also wanted to make sure I accounted for the extra calorie expenditure.

So, I down a few more pieces of fruit after the workouts, but then due to my schedule for the rest of the day, I didn't get a chance to eat the rest of my meals until the last part of the day.

As much as I tried to expunge the day's buildup, I wasn't able to utilize "the office" before this morning, so my measurements were taken with a stomach full of a day's worth of meals.

That was a little discouraging, because I was looking forward to a new low in body-fat and/or waist measurements, but the timing just didn't work out.

No problem though, because that will make next week's results look even more impressive than they are because of this week's inflated measurements.

I'm officially going on record to announce my next target body-fat percentage of sub-7%.

Yes, I'll take 6.99%, anything below 7! I've never been there before, and I intend to find out what it feels and looks like on my frame, even if I've got to drop to a lower weight than I'd like to get there.

Fortunately, I know how to put it right back on now, after I've hit the target.
